Who Really Knows What’s Going ON?

Looking at business you have Strategies, People, Processes and most of all CUSTOMERS.  Are you setting  yourself up for success?  Selling is only the start; you must let the customer buy.  Only the customer knows what he needs and or wants.  LISTEN, then deliver!  WHO IS YOUR customer?

Sometimes you find that managing a team is like pushing a stuck cart out of the mud pit and you seem to be doing all the work.
Well you may not be approaching the problem from the right angle. Organiztions and employees like to feel empowered. You have hired them to do a job, so help them achieve their success and make them feel good about it. Reward them with a “job well done”.
